My name is Diane. While on this Earth Walk I have been mother, daughter, wife, friend and sister to those with whom I am spiritually connected. I am an emanation of spirit to the Creator. I am an artist.
Some of us take longer to come into the creative interpretations and inspirational expressions of ourselves. My influences are many, based in a variety of cultures, environments, and the eclectic nature of this Earth Walk. As a Student Ambassador to Nine European Countries with People to People in 1973, I visited the Museums in Western Europe and Russia. The Art of the Masters influenced, inspired and altered my perception of life.
I take my artistic inspiration and influences from what I know, what resonates within me, what I love, as well as the present, the past and those dimensions and realities devoid of space and time. Many of my pieces reflect the beauty and simplicity of the reverence for everything that connects me to nature. My playful wonder and childlike imagination allow these Root Art pieces to continue in the cycle of life. With their manifestation as Forever Art their Spirits continue to thrive, and so does mine.
